Mini-Review

A good Australian First Nations short story collection, but as with all collections, the quality varied. In my opinion, the best stories were:

• ‘Cloud Busting’ by Tara June Winch (actually an extract from her novella Swallow the Air)
• ‘Stepmother’ by SJ Norman
• ‘Split’ by Cassie Lynch
