This Is Not a Book About Benedict Cumberbatch by Tabitha Carvan

Mini-Review

Everyone has to read this book – it’s awesome! It’s a smart & funny book-length discursive essay about how women need to lean in on what they love in the same way that men do: without shame or guilt. For the author, it’s Benedict Cumberbatch. For me, I think it might be… books. (Although I don’t mind a bit of Cumberbatch as well.) I gobbled this up in under 24 hours. What a pleasure! And the cover is gorgeous.

Fyi: mild swearing & mild sexual references
