Mini-Review

An interesting read for Shadow and Bone fans – a prequel, showing an episode from the Darkling’s life as a teenager. Quite dark.

It was okay… not gripped by it. My teenage son, who doesn’t know anything about Shadow & Bone, really liked it, so I might use that to on-sell more Leigh Bardugo to him!
