Mini-Review
A classic Agatha Christie novel from 1928. A millionaire’s daughter, Ruth Kettering, is murdered on a luxury train in France, and her jewellery stolen. Hercule Poirot is called in to investigate.
Enjoyable light read as always from the Queen of Crime. Suicide mentioned twice. Murder obviously involved. Blatant sexism and racism as per the 1920s context.
