Thieves’ Gambit by Kayvion Lewis

Mini-Review

Ross (Roslyn) is a young adult thief from a famous family of Black Bahamian thieves. When her mother is kidnapped, Ross will do anything to get her back – including entering the infamous “Thieves’ Gambit”, a dangerous thieving competition which grants the winner a wish for anything they want. She is pitted against stiff competition, including an old nemesis, and a boy who is perilously close to charming his way into her heart. But is it all just a con?

Fast paced, PG romantic action, clearly set up for a sequel. Page-turning fun!
