My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Jodi Meadows & Brodi Ashton

Mini-Review

A lighthearted, fantastical reimagining of Tudor/Reformation England, in which instead of Catholics and Protestants, there are tensions between Ethians (who can turn into animals) and Verities (who can’t turn into animals, and hate people who can).

Very funny with a touch of romance. I highly recommend it for all fantasy-loving high school students. It’s just been made into a very well received Amazon Prime series too.
